Background
The enterprise was established in 1994 and during the time of its activity it accumulated wide experience in development and integration of complex projects, established business relations with the biggest world manufacturers and now offers its customers an extensive range of equipment. Today the company is known in Belarusian market as "Unibelus" brand.
Over the previous years JV “Unibelus” Ltd has completed more than 300 projects on installation, commissioning and upgrading of the following systems:

Project Management
Appropriate systems design is a core basis for optimal performance and reliability of the final system. While working on a project our experts visit the site for surveying, establish operational requirements, develop the concept, provide specification and assessment, work out draft design and design documentation, get through the required approvals from state authorities. They select and deliver appropriate products, hire subcontractors, install the system and provide operators training. They bear full responsibility for contract terms, workmanship and budget. At the Customer’s request our service engineers provide further preventative and emergency maintenance of the system.
Our systems can be easily integrated into the general building management system thus allowing real-time efficient control of engineering networks, security systems and access control systems and providing adequate quick response to hazard and emergency situations.
All our projects are developed on the basis of the latest information technologies using certified and ecologically clean equipment thus providing our Customers with SECURITY, COMFORT and SAVING of resources.

Our cooperation with a Customer starts with detecting and investigating of hidden risks. This allows us to evaluate the conformity of Customer’s requirements to the real conditions. New Products Development
In 2006-2007 our engineers developed line control units with loudspeakers and indicators for fire alarm systems. These products leave behind the foreign analogs in some specifications and functions and have high competitive ability not only in Belarusian and Russian markets but also in foreign markets.
Since May 2006 our engineers started the development of fire alarm system under Unibelus brand. It is fundamentally new multifunctional digital system of voice notification designed for locations where people stay permanently or temporarily (hotels, schools, railway stations, sports buildings and office buildings). Due to high flexibility, easy installation and automatic control of all system components Unibelus fire alarm system gets advantage over the systems of other manufacturers. The system is able to operate efficiently on distributed locations. The use of public-address amplifiers allows transmitting quality sound over long distances.
